During our first class, we developed the following parameters for the project:

1. Every structure should have a view to the lake.

2. Parking should be integrated into the site.

3. The gathering center should be two stories high, to take advantage of a raised view of the lake.

4. There will be two bathing facilities, with trees around each.

5. We will develop Diagram #1.

6. The gathering center should include a reception desk, office(s), and sleeping spaces for staff, should they choose to live on site.

7. Solar panels on roofs should face away from other buildings, so the glare is not intrusive.
