Barkcloth or 'Olubugo' (oh-lew-boo-go) is unique to Southern Uganda, where the groom was born.  Olubugo was traditionally used for clothing in the Kingdom of Buganda.  One can still see people wearing Olubugo clothing to formal events in Uganda.
