Hammarby Lake Town

Hammarby Sjöstad literally means, 'Hammarby Lake Town,' and so it is very fitting that one of the most popular entrances to this sjöstad is by ferry.

From where I resided in Södermalm, it is a 20 minute walk to the ferry dock, and the free ferry takes about 20 minutes to cross the sjö.
