Project Background: Ms. Lape requested us to prepare a schematic design to increase the living area in her Hillsboro house. At our first design meeting, we provided her with the three schemes posted above - all three increase the living area, but each in different ways. With these options, Ms. Lape was able to focus in on the direction she wants to take the project. These are schematic design drawings, with some design development elements included.
